Original R-19 fiberglass, no air sealing, leaky can lights, and an uninsulated attic hatch.
What We Did
Removed old insulation, air sealed every penetration, installed R-49 blown cellulose.
- ~1,400 sq ft attic

Results
Upstairs temperatures dropped 8°F. Summer bills fell 35%. Customer reported 'whole different house' within 24 hours.
